Best Street Food of India !
VADA PAV
Vada pav, alternatively spelt wada pao, is a vegetarian street fast food dish native to the state of Maharashtra. The dish consists of a deep fried potato dumpling placed inside a bread bun sliced almost in half through the middle. It is generally accompanied with one or more chutneys and a green chili pepper. I would also like to mention "agar vada pav nai khaya toh kya khaya" ? It is that tasty ! It is the cheapest but yet so tasty ! It ranges from INR 10 - 20. Hence whenever you visit the south western part of India, vada pav is worth giving a try !
PAV BHAJI
PAV BHAJI is a fast food dish from India consisting of a thick vegetable curry (bhaji) served with a soft bread roll (pav). Its origins are in the state of Maharashtra. It is a versatile dish and now it is being served all over India. The taste of the bhaji is so divine and yummy. The bhaji is made by using butter which makes it extra buttery and delicious. Pav is also roasted with loads of butter on the special pav bhaji iron tawa. Pav bhaji is enjoyed by all age groups and yes this is my personal favorite street fast food.
